Conditions of Use
1. User Commitment to Using the Site
The User undertakes to use this Site in good faith, diligently and appropriately, without engaging in activities that may be considered illicit or illegal, that infringe the rights of Pervolare or third parties, not making fraudulent use of the information or content on the site.
2. Information Entered
Pervolare is not responsible for the incorrect entry of ID, passport, name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact information, or email address. Users may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Pervolare reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.
3. Terms of Service
Pervolare and its suppliers will provide travel assistance services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions accepted by the User during the purchase and coverage described in the certificate of the purchased service.
In this regard, in order to exercise these prerogatives, the user expressly accepts that the assistance provided is an obligation of means and not of results, and therefore Pervolare is exonerated from any and all liability arising from any incompetence, negligence or malpractice of all professionals, establishments and persons who provide their services as appropriate in the required case.
The purpose of these services is to provide emergency assistance in unforeseen situations arising as a result of an accident or non-pre-existing illness from the date the services covered by this contract come into effect. The purpose of providing these services, under the contractually defined terms and conditions, is to facilitate the return of the patient BENEFICIARY to their permanent or habitual place of residence, to receive there and at their own expense, with charge to their usual medical coverage, public or private, the treatment appropriate to their health condition.
4. Commercial Communications: Emails and Conversations
All information disseminated by Pervolare or its dependents, through publications, emails, conversations, among other means, are considered commercial information and are always subject to the Terms and Conditions accepted by the User during the acquisition of their service.
Under no circumstances may the User consider this as: medical judgment, acceptance or denial of coverage.
5. Changes
THE HOLDER has the right to carry out at most 3 (three) Modifications to your assistance card, such as: changing dates for the same number of days originally purchased; irregularities in the HOLDER's name, date of birth, identification document, emergency contact information, telephone numbers, email address, and other applicable personal information. Because the assistance card is personal and non-transferable, it is not a reason to replace one beneficiary with another.
When THE HOLDER exceeds the number of permitted changes, PERVOLARE will charge the value of 10 USD/EUR according to the contracted plan as administrative expenses.
THE HOLDER will be obliged to request in advance at least 2 (two) business days at the start of your card's validity period (exit date), any changes to the services provided by PERVOLARE. The calculation of business days is subject to the determinations of the HOLDER's country of origin.
